BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DETAILS
- Personal Care Assistance and Services such as showering bathing dressing and eating
- Transporting clients to and from appointments errands and activities (must have valid DL & Insurance)
- Medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation
- Preparing nutritious meals and shopping for groceries or other essentials
- Light housekeeping
- Protective supervision
- Social interaction/behavior modification activities as directed by the Plan of Care.
- Assist with range of motion
- Report and Document any changes in clients condition to Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be Certified as a CNA (Nursing Assistant Certification or HCA (Home Care Aide) in the State of Washington
- Must be able to provide proof of valid Drivers license and Auto Insurance
- Empathy and the ability to care for the clients social emotional physical and mental health
- Open to help with personal care
- Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning
- Trained in specialized areas of care for example geriatrics dementia or Alzheimers disease
- Open to working around pets and smoking
- Available for consistent shifts throughout the Pierce County area -Tacoma Lakewood Puyallup Gig Harbor and surrounding areas
