ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Specific duties include but are not limitedto:welcoming resident guestsafter-hourspackage pickup addressing resident inquiries and concerns updating communication logs on active buildings etc.
Provideresources to our customers and an open and welcoming environment for our residents customersvendorsand neighbors.
Acquirea broad knowledge of the community and the surrounding area
Build strong relationships with current and future members of the apartment community.
Marketing the property
Maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure that communication between residents and community representatives is open and effective
Assistwithon and off-siteresident events and initiatives
Social Media posting Blogging and Internet Presence
Work as part of the site team to ensure that each event is a sociable and pleasurable environment
Answer the concierge phone line Ensure that the Community Amenities area has proper inventory
Proactive communication with Management for issues or concerns
Review the Activity Log and be ready to begin work at the commencement of the shift
Maintainan appropriate levelof confidentialityin regard tothe residents
Adhere to all property guidelines and standards of performance
Maintain work area toan appropriate levelof presentation
Other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES
Must be able to speakwriteand communicate effectively in English
Mustmaintainprofessional appearance andcomply withprescribed dress code policy
Ability to cope in afast-pacedenvironment and ability to work under minimal supervision
IMPORTANT EDUCATION
High School Diploma GED Trade Technical or Vocational school

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This joboperatesin a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filingcabinetsand fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee may need to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time. They must be able to ascend and descend staircases ladders and/or step stools and may berequiredto travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather employee may also be regularlyrequiredto remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time;regularlyoperateoffice employee must be able to travel up to 5% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration. The employee must be able todemonstratethe ability to exert up to 15pounds occasionally and/or up to 20poundsfrequently and/orup to25pounds of force constantly to lift carry push pull or move objects.
