• Greets and interacts with clients.
• Consults with clients to understand their needs and preferences related to products and services
• Provide accurate technical and sales services including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.
• Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor stock room or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system and processes returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean retail environment including merchandise displays and adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.
• Participate in stock management activities
• Promote Poolwerx home services

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills

Our United States operations are headquartered in our 10000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility and support center in Dallas TX. We currently operate over 30 retail stores and over 190 service vans across eight states in the U.S.
