Because of our substantial growth we are looking for a visionary Clinical Team Leader to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our clinical services.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal senior nursing role designed for a leader who thrives on mentoring others and elevating standards of care. You will provide clinical oversight and support to a multidisciplinary team ensuring our Aged Care and NDIS services remain gold-standard compliant andabove alldeeply focused on the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of nurses coordinators and support workers. Lead case discussions and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Quality & Compliance: Oversee complex care plans (wound care medication behavioral support) ensuring everything meets NDIS My Aged Care and AHPRA standards.
Strategic Support: Assist the Clinical Care Manager with resource planning performance management and service innovation.
Client Advocacy: Liaise with families allied health professionals and stakeholders to coordinate seamless integrated care.
Staff Development: Identify knowledge gaps and deliver high-impact training in clinical skills infection control and dementia care.
What You Bring
Credentials: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Mandatory).
Experience: Proven leadership experience within Aged Care or Disability services.
Knowledge: A deep understanding of NDIS and My Aged Care frameworks.
Skills: Exceptional communication and the ability to navigate complex clinical escalations with a calm problem-solving mindset.
Logistics: Current NSW Drivers License reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel within the Sydney metro area.
Education: Postgraduate qualifications in leadership or community nursing are highly regarded.
