As part of our NextGen Professionals Program we are looking for talents to support the business across a variety of functions. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain handson exposure to the reinsurance industry work alongside experienced professionals and develop a broad understanding of how a global reinsurer operates.

IT Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support the business with data analysis and reporting primarily using Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
• Collect clean and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical outputs and insights.

Your Profile

• Degree (completed or ongoing) in Data Analytics Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with basic to intermediate experience in Power BI Excel and data handling.
• Detailoriented eager to learn and able to communicate data insights clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.

Business Administration Support

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and uptodate data in SICS ensuring high data quality.
• Provide daytoday administrative and operational support to the Middle Office team.
• Manage and resolve Snow tickets documenting issues and solutions clearly.
• Track system updates and cleanup activities maintaining clear documentation in OneNote.

Your Profile

• Degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Finance Information Systems or similar.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially OneNote) and quick to learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Underwriting Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daytoday administrative and analytical support to underwriters throughout the underwriting process.
• Prepare update and maintain underwriting data and documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely processing of accounts and queries.

Your Profile

• Degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Finance Insurance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive reliable team player with clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Catastrophe Modelling Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and pricing support to underwriters throughout the client quoting process including narrative explanations of catastrophe model outputs.
• Act as a key point of contact for underwriting teams on pricing-related queries ensuring timely accurate and wellchecked responses.
• Support portfolio analytics activities including quarterly portfolio rollups adhoc analyses and projects to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiencies.

Your Profile

• Degree (completed or ongoing) in Mathematics Natural Sciences Physics Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to underwriters and other stakeholders.
• Advanced coding skills in at least one language (e.g. Python or SQL); experience with databases GIS or analytics tools is an asset.

Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting second line control testing; evidence collation meeting coordination documenting results input into Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) tool and Quarterly Risk Report (QRR)
• Assisting with RCSA processes Risk Owner meeting preparation and follow-ups with control owners
• Reviewing control evidence and supporting simple GRC tool change requests
• Supporting QRR preparation (formatting consistency checks) and tracking overdue actions
• Reviewing control descriptions against internal guidance
• Supporting development of GRC tool and Operational Risk training materials
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the team

Your Profile

• Degree (completed or ongoing) in Risk or a related education.
• Experience in risk controls audit or governance
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with good written skills (English German is a plus)

Sustainability Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect clean and manage sustainability and GHG emissions data (Scope 1 2 and 3) across MS Reinsurance operations and portfolios.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and integrate internal data with external ESG datasets to support emissions calculations and KPI development.
• Analyse ESG and emissions data and translate insights into dashboards reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Degree (completed or ongoing) in ESG or a related education.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience using data analysis modelling and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of corporate sustainability concepts including GHG Protocol and carbon accounting; familiarity with ESG ratings providers is a plus.
• Fluent in English with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
