DLL is embarking on Digital Transformation journey which will be a multiyear shift towards a modern productoperating model one that emphasizes empowered product teams outcome based roadmaps continuous discovery and dynamic funding. To enable this transformation DLL is establishing a highimpact Digital Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) function that acts as the connective tissue between corporate & commercial strategy and digital strategy & execution.

As Digital Portfolio Manager you will support global digital portfolio operations by developing processes tools managing backlog tracking delivery progress analysing portfolio data and maintaining accurate reporting for decision forums and as a part of the team embed consistent outcome-focused practices across Digital Data IT global and regional teams.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategic Portfolio Management and will collaborate with Digital portfolio managers in the regions CDO Regional Commercial Finance and Risk teams to strengthen transparency prioritisation and value delivery across DLLs global digital portfolio with the overall mission to accelerate DLLs digital transformation and enabling sustainable value creation.

Day to day:

• Develop and continuously improve global digital portfolio playbook
• Manage digital portfolio management intake and backlog with focus on output outcome capacity and costs
• Coordinate prioritisation and reconciliation based on evidence captured with the regional teams
• Track delivery against value metrics and flag risks and deviations
• Prepare portfolio reports and insights for QBRs and leadership forums
• Implement and improve portfolio tools reporting dashboards and data quality
• Share SPM best practices across teams and regions
• Support regional PMs with portfolio processes and tools
• Assist Head of SPM and Director in portfolio management operations

Essentials:

• 7 years relevant business or technology experience
• Experience in Agile Portfolio Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Financial literacy (i.e. costs & investments management)
• Strong data/storytelling and reporting capability
• Strong collaborator
• Able to simplify complexity into clear insights
• Experience working with crossfunctional teams
• DLL business knowledge and network
• Open to learning
• Thriving in business transformations and change environments

Extras:

• Digital/IT experience is an advantage
• Experience with portfolio management tools
• Familiarity with product operating models or OKRs
• Exposure to data AI or digital transformation initiatives
• Financial services industry experience

Applicable Pay Range $121.37680 - $182.06520

This position is subject to the terms of DLLs compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location or for other lawful reasons.
