The Role

Overjets financial infrastructure is the backbone of a fast-scaling AI company and this role exists to own it end-to-end. As a key member of the Finance Team you will be responsible for consolidating ownership of Overjets financial systems driving operational efficiency and eliminating fragmented dependencies reporting to our Head of Accounting. Youll love this job if youre someone who gets equal satisfaction from untangling a complex systems architecture and closing a clean month-end someone who can read a data model as comfortably as a balance sheet. Responsibilities

• Own Overjets core financial systems stack (NetSuite Avalara Nue and Salesforce) serving as the primary administrator architect and escalation point across our platforms

• Lead system implementations upgrades and integrations end-to-end from scoping and vendor management through testing and rollout

• Consolidate systems ownership currently distributed across external contractors building internal expertise and reducing third-party dependency

• Drive financial operations excellence by identifying process gaps automating manual workflows and improving data integrity across the finance stack

• Partner with Finance Accounting RevOps and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable systems solutions

• Build documentation controls and training so that Overjets financial systems are maintainable auditable and well-understood across the team

• Inform financial planning and reporting by ensuring clean reliable data flows effectively between our systems

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Computer Science Information Systems or a related field

• 8 years of experience in financial systems finance operations or a related function with hands-on technical depth not just oversight

• Demonstrated experience administering or implementing NetSuite (required); experience with Nue and Salesforce strongly preferred

• Proven ability to consolidate systems ownership reducing contractor reliance improving documentation and building durable internal processes

• Experience working in a fast-growing startup or tech environment where youve had to build systems infrastructure not just maintain it

• Strong cross-functional communicator who can translate between finance stakeholders and technical teams

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical and mission-focused environment

Our Hybrid Workplace

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet which combines the teamwork of meeting in person with the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo New York City Boston Salt Lake City and Lahore. The Jetters who live in these geo-hubs come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
