A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Commercial Execution: Partner with sales marketing and finance teams to optimize pricing reimbursement and go-to-market strategies for capital equipment
• Portfolio Strategy & Management: Develop and implement the overall strategy for the capital equipment portfolio ensuring alignment with business objectives market needs and regulatory requirements
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of capital products from market analysis and product development to commercialization and end-of-life management
• Customer & Market Insights: Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Financial Performance: Drive portfolio profitability forecasting and P&L management ensuring financial targets are met
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) hospital executives and industry partners to strengthen market positioning
• Talent Development: (hiring performance rewards coaching & development Organization Talent Planning).

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Education: University Masters degree
• Experience: 5 years of experience in the medical devices industry with a strong background in sales and capital equipment portfolio management
• People Management: Experience and strong track record in leading winning teams and developing talents. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Technical & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of capital equipment technology healthcare economics and sales strategies
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data market research and financial reports to make informed decisions
• Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
