Role description:

We are seeking an experienced and capable Senior Digital EHS&S Implementation Consultant to lead the design and delivery of EHS&S software solutions using platforms such as Intelex Enablon or Cority. This role is ideal for a handson consultant with strong EHS&S domain knowledge and platform expertise who can guide clients through complex implementations and deliver highquality digital solutions.

Role accountabilities:

This role leads the functional design and configuration of EHS&S software solutions across multiple implementation engagements. The individual will collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs. Responsibilities include facilitating requirements workshops solution design sessions training and user acceptance testing. The role also supports data migration system integration and postgolive optimization activities.

Acting as a trusted advisor the incumbent provides guidance to clients on EHS&S digital best practices and platform capabilities. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies templates and accelerators. Additionally the position supports business development activities including solution demonstrations RFP responses and scope definition. The individual will mentor and support junior consultants contributing to the development of team capability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience delivering EHS&S software implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Handson experience with Intelex Enablon or Cority is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of EHS&S processes compliance requirements and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Consulting experience and platform certifications are an asset.
