Job Summary

Production Manager

A privately held (family) manufacturing company with 60 years of history has a unique opportunity to join their leadership team west of Enid OK with future opportunities for career growth.

Profile:

Outstanding prior track record in a manufacturingenvironment executing:
- Leadership development of the entire operations team
  - Succession Planning at all levels of the organization.
  - Cross-Training Strategy in all departments
- Employee Engagement and Cultural Change Initiatives.
- ContinuousImprovement (Lean) execution and sustainment
Development Implementation and Sustainment of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years in a significant leadership role.
Prefer a Bachelors Degree / some College
Prefer someone who is promotable into a multi-site role within the business in the future.
Compensation is DOE: Range is $80K to 100K plus Bonus.
- Re-lo is available for the right candidate.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no Visa Sponsorship)
