- Answer calls and assist customers with professionalism and care
- Contact potential customers and schedule appointments (script provided)
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and Sales Reps
- Enter and manage customer data accurately
- Support marketing efforts by organizing lead information
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook Excel Word)
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Full-time steady weekday schedule
- Training providedno marketing experience needed
