Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join their team of multilingual healthcare professionals in a multi-specialty medical group in BrooklynNY. Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active New York State Medical License (Required).
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures (e.g. endoscopy colonoscopy) interpretation of related diagnostics and management of digestive disorders.
- Soft Skills: Excellent bedside manner strong communication skills cultural competence compassion attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care to patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of digestive system disorders.
- Perform endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Interpret diagnostic test results and imaging studies.
- Educate patients on digestive health disease prevention and treatment options.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate timely and compliant medical documentation.
