Pavion and our family of companies is seeking a sales professional to cover the new construction segment and sell fire alarm solutions into new buildings as well as large renovations. This role will be armed with competitive costs supported by our OEM partners and have flexibility to negotiate prices to win market share.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Activity based sales motionsincludingcanvassing existing customers through calls appointments and being IN Market as much as possible.
- Leveraging Data that results in effective time management to maximize callsquotesand bookings to qualified clients.
- Demonstrated knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle and process.
- Strong CRMutilizationskills for activity and pipeline management.
- Track open construction projects to attach services prior to completion.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients management and peers. Ability to make presentations to management clients othersas directed.
- Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) company software and job required software/programs.
- Maintain professionalism in high stress situations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience inthe buildingsystemsinstall service or sales space.
- 2 or 3previoussales roles selling servicesand orintangible offerings.
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
- Collaborative communication skills with the ability to respectfully navigate objections internally and externally.
- Action oriented used to 3 4 appointments a day IN MARKET.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or bachelorsdegree.
- Experience selling code compliant and value-based service offerings
- Must be able to work in the elements as necessary
Total 1st year compensation: $140K to $150K
