Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with 5 years of commercial construction experience to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets schedules subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects including planning budgeting scheduling and execution
Coordinate with clients architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones
Oversee project budgets cost controls and change order management
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress quality and safety compliance
Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects (e.g. office buildings retail healthcare multifamily or industrial)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management software
