This role focuses on evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans and delivering effective therapy interventions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and implement treatment plans within scope of practice
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and goals
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength and overall function
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises therapies and assistive devices
Manage caseload efficiently ensuring continuity of care
Support coordinated care throughout the rehabilitation process
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree (required)
Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced professionals
Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire
