Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality patient-centered care across the full continuum of rehabilitation. This role focuses on evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans and delivering effective therapy interventions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and implement treatment plans within scope of practice
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength and overall function
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises therapies and assistive devices
- Manage caseload efficiently ensuring continuity of care
- Support coordinated care throughout the rehabilitation process
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree (required)
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced professionals
- Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire
