Hours: 30 hrs Thurs-Sat: 11p-9a (weekend differential)

What Youll Do:
Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE) fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

• TeachADLs(cooking budgeting medication management) and socialization skills.
• ImplementTreatment Plansand behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
• Administer/supervise medications byMAP guidelinesand document care.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Advocate for residents needs and model healthy coping strategies.
• Maintain a safe clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license and ability toassistwith mobility (bending standing etc.).
• Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency.
• Compassion patience and commitment to trauma-informed care.
• Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g. Spanish Portuguese).
• MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification is required for this position. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months.
