Key Qualifications:
Detail-oriented in processing PoCs at the gate.
Basic experience within UNHCR preferable in handling applicants at the gate and reception to support colleagues effectively.
Strong understanding of UNHCRs framework and the consequences of security breaches
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Awareness in using UNHCRs systems and tools is preferred .
This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards in regards to the handling of PoCs and their counseling.
