As the Healthy Aging Services Manager youll be at the center of our Healthy Aging Center (HAC) ensuring seamless operations exceptional member experiences and impactful programming. This role blends people leadership operations community engagement and innovationoffering a unique opportunity to shape how services are delivered and experienced.

What Youll Do

Lead & Inspire a Team

• Supervise and coach Guest Services Coordinators and volunteers
• Foster a welcoming high-performing environment at the HAC
• Serve as a backup café operations manager when needed

Drive Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily Guest Services and Resource Office operations
• Act as the departments systems superuser ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows
• Partner closely with IT to troubleshoot issues improve systems and lead platform enhancements

Elevate the Member Experience

• Support membership recruitment and retention strategies
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects Vivalons commitment to service and care
• Act as a key point of coordination across teams and departments

Lead Communications & Outreach

• Manage and produce engaging member communications including:
  • Bi-weekly Insider digital newsletter
  • Monthly Connections publication
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen outreach and engagement

Manage Events & Community Space

• Oversee Healthy Aging Campus events and external rentalsfrom inquiry to execution
• Build relationships with renters and community partners
• Track budgets revenue and logistics to ensure smooth operations

Oversee Facilities & Safety

• Coordinate facility requests and partner with vendors and housing teams
• Lead emergency preparedness efforts including fire drills and safety planning

Engage & Grow Volunteer Community

• Recruit onboard train and support volunteers
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain accurate tracking of volunteer contributions

Use Data to Make an Impact

• Lead the annual HAC survey process
• Analyze insights and implement improvements that enhance programs and services

• Five years of progressive responsibility in leading teams in the delivery of programs and services including at least 2 years developing and growing new programs; experience in healthy aging is desired
• Two years of experience working in the community to increase awareness build partnerships and/or gain support for new ventures
• Experience in the health care industry or in community health and nutrition wellness programs is desired
• Advanced Excel Word PowerPoint email CRM and project management tools
• Ability to identify and introduce productivity tools to teams
• Experience with data tracking evaluation and decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines demonstrate excellent organizational skills show attention to detail and prioritize and complete work amid multiple projects and competing demands.
• Capable of consistent and rapid response to time-sensitive activities
• Bachelors Degree in a related subject or equivalent education and experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• $85000-$95000 annually (depending on experience)
