The package:
- tax-free monthly salary QAR 12 000 - 14 000 (approximately US$ 3 296 - 3 846)
- 40% commission on PT
- if an overseas hire the studio will help in finding & paying upfront for accommodation and will be deducted in installments later

Qualifications Experience Knowledge & Skills:
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (internationally recognised)
- Minimum 2 years experience
- English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum - able to communicate clearly)
- Arabic speaking would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Approachable graceful & displays attention to detail
- Works well in a team
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse client populations
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics related to Pilates
exercises. - Exceptional customer service skills
- A commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of Pilates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a safe professional comprehensive Pilates training program for
each client to ensure they attain their goals and remain motivated to
continue progress
- Conduct initial clients complimentary assessment and goal setting to be
able to recommend a Pilates training program
- Instruct both private and semi-private sessions
- Provide clear and concise instructions during sessions demonstrating
exercises and correcting techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client progress including session notes and
goals achieved.
- Complete all administrative requirements associated with client
management
- Collaborate with Manager and other instructors in the center to ensure
members have a well-rounded experience
- Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
- Strive to have consistent & frequent client activity to help them achieve
results goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new
clients and retain existing ones.
- Uphold the studios standards for cleanliness organization and safety.
- Provide an average of three semi-private training sessions per day.
