Job Summary

Position: Operations Manager
Qualification: Mechanical Engineer
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in operations within the engineering or facilities management field
Language: Must be fluent in Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth project delivery
Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs
Oversee team performance and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
Coordinate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives
Monitor resource allocation budget control and client satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
