Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable role a key position in our finance team integral to our cash flow and overall financial health. This position plays a crucial role in managing overseeing and streamlining the collection of payments from our valued customers.
Job PurposeThe main purpose of this role is to ensure that all invoices are issued accurately and promptly outstanding are tracked accounts are reconciled and records of all transactions are properly maintained. Utilizing a strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software is essential in this critical role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the collection of payments from customers
- Ensure accurate and prompt issuance of invoices
- Track outstanding invoices and reconcile accounts
