Location: Belfast (Ardoyne or Bloomfield House) / hybrid working available

Salary: 62466 to 71715 per annum (increment awarded following confirmation in post)

Hours: Full-time 35 hours

Contract: Permanent

As our Director of Clinical Services you will be a pivotal member of the Senior Management Team driving the future direction of our counselling services. This is a unique opportunity to lead on clinical governance safeguarding service quality and continuous improvement while also nurturing and developing a skilled and dedicated clinical workforce.

This role blends strategic vision with a strong people focussupporting our clients empowering our staff and strengthening our partnerships. Youll play a central part in ensuring our services remain responsive high-quality and impactful.
