Overview:

Mitchell Holistic Health a growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Onalaska WI is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its team. Full-time is required (40 hours per week) offering a flexible schedule. The clinic is seeking someone personable collaborative and confident in their communication skills. New grad OTs are encouraged to apply!

Caseload / Patient Population:

Work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic treating patients of all ages. The caseload will include a mix of general orthopedics and pelvic health. On the orthopedic side there will be some focus on spine extremity and chronic pain.

Full-time Occupational Therapists typically see 33 to 34 patients per week allowing for quality care and manageable pacing.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $85000-$105000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Thursday: 7a-6p Friday: 8a-12p. No weekends and no major holidays! Scheduling is flexible!

Job Requirements:

Eligible for WI state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Pelvic Health experience is preferred or an interest in Pelvic Health.

Dry needling certified or open to learning (bonus if youre exploring McKenzie or pelvic health certification)

Full-time 40 hours per week are required.
