Ferguson has an exciting opportunity to join our Installation Teamas a Senior Lighting Installation Associate.

Our associates aredetail orientedand view customer service with equal importance as technicalproficiency. You willensurethe quality and completion of installations are achieved. You will also be acting as a resource to sales associates during the quotation process and after the sale. Schedule:Monday Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the other installation teams.

• Able to perform basic lightinginstallationandpossessthe desire to learn custom lighting installations.

• Ensure the installed lights aredamagefree accurately installed according to manufacturers specifications and are fully functioning.

• Observe installations and provide feedback as part of the installers ongoing training

• Help resolve claims and customer issues.

• Maintainpartsstorage areas in the warehouses including organization and placing replenishment orders.

• Maintain accountability for the cleanliness and organization of the company trucks.

• Act as a liaison between the shipping and picking leadership in the warehouse and communicate long term needs to Area Installation Manager.

• Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections of jobs and effectively engage with buildersdesigners and on-site customersto create a strong rapport andto promotestrong customer retention.

• Partner with Area Installation Manager to implement constructive ideas for improvement of the program.

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections fuel the truck as needed and report any problems or issues tothe supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Prior experiencewithlightingconstruction kitchen plumbing or home appliance products or installations highly preferred.

• Basic knowlege of toolsis required.

• Validstate issuedlicense is.

• Must be at least21years of age.

• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

• With theassistanceof lifting equipment such as stairclimber oven lifts and/or air sled the ability to lift 70 pound objectsfrequentlyand 90 pound objects occasionally.

• Proven leadership experience will be a go to resource for fellow installers sales associates and customers.

• Ability to deliver white glove service to customers excellent customer service skills area must!

• Document detailed job notesin a clear and concise way.

• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn plumbing electrical and carpentry skills are preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating b-and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize work.

• Organization time management andproblem solvingskills.

• Self-starter critical thinker and self-sufficient.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams etc.).
