The Role

People call us because theyre ready to build somethinga business a second income a path out of a career that isnt working. Our job at Breakthrough Closing (BTC) is to figure out if we can actually help them and if we can show them exactly how.

This is consultative work. Youre not reading scripts or bulldozing objections. Youre running a structured conversation: understanding someones current situation what theyre trying to accomplish and whats in the way. When the fit is right you prescribe a solution and help them take the next step. When its not you tell them that too.

We sell education and business-building programs that give people real skills real systems and real support. The people you talk to are investing in themselvesand they deserve a rep who treats that decision with the seriousness it deserves.

What Your Day Looks Like

At BTC we have built an industry leading Sales Lab where youll spend your time on the phone and on video with people whove already raised their handinbound leads who booked a call because theyre interested. No cold calling. No door knocking. Your job starts when someone shows up ready to have a real conversation.

  • Run consultative discovery calls using a structured 5-phase framework: set the agenda dig into their situation earn permission to present match a solution to their specific goals and help them make a decision.

  • Listen more than you talk. The best calls are 70% prospect 30% you. Understand their current state where they want to go and whats been stopping them.

  • Present solutions based on fitnot features. Youre diagnosing a problem and recommending the right path not dumping a product catalog.

  • Handle real concerns head-on. When someone says I need to think about it you dont let it hangyou help them figure out whats actually unresolved. When financing matters you run it live so they can see real numbers not hypotheticals.

  • Keep your CRM tight. Log every conversation capture the details that matter and document clear next steps. The system is built to make this easy not bureaucratic.

  • Participate in daily coaching sessions weekly call reviews and ongoing skill development. This isnt one-and-done on-boardingwe invest in making you better every week.

Who Thrives Here

  • 2 years of sales experience where you consistently hit or exceeded targets. B2B B2C inside sales or account managementwhat matters is that youve performed in a results-driven environment.

  • Youre a natural at building rapport and trust quickly. People open up to you because you listen well and ask the right questions.

  • Coachable. You want direct feedback and you act on it. Youd rather hear the truth than get a pat on the back.

  • Comfortable with technology. Youll use a CRM daily and work alongside AI-assisted tools. Experience with Close Salesforce HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Motivated by solving problems not just closing deals. You understand that the best salespeople are the ones prospects trust.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset. You take ownership of your pipeline your development and your results.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary

$36K$45K depending on experience

On-Target Earnings

$65K$95K with uncapped commission

Commission Structure

Uncapped. Paid on cash collected. No ceiling on what you can earn with accelerators built in.
