Job Summary

A growing company is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee the organizations financial position and ensure strong financial controls across all accounting functions.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the companys overall financial operations and reporting
Lead the monthly close process and review financial statements
Prepare and review P&L balance sheet and cash flow reports
Ensure timely reconciliations and compliance with reporting standards
Manage forecasting and budgeting cycles
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong leadership experience in finance or accounting
Experience managing financial reporting and monthly close
Background in budgeting and forecasting
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Salary: $150k - $200k/Year
