Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Concierge at Reefhouse Resort & Marina is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Concierge will be the main point of contact for guests providing information recommendations and coordinating various services to enhance their overall experience.

We offer competitive compensation starting at $16 - $17 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Assist guests with inquiries requests and provide relevant information
- Provide recommendations on local attractions dining options and activities
- Handle guest reservations and bookings for restaurants tours and transportation
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements such as birthday celebrations or anniversary surprises
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to multitask and handle various guest requests simultaneously
- Familiarity with computer systems and software
