Job Summary

Part time and full time roles available

Employees are welcome to pick up extra shifts to get more hours!

Salary: $18.15 per hour plus benefits!

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
Assist with daily living activities including personal care meal preparation and medication administration
Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
Promote independence and community integration for individuals with disabilities
Document and maintain accurate records of services provided
Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

Valid Drivers License and High School Diploma/GED.
Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van - you will be road tested prior to starting.
Must attend additional trainings within 6 months of hired (CPR SCIP AMAP).
Comfortable with daily use of technology (computer email phone typing etc).
Effective verbal and written communication.

$1500 sign on bonus after sucessful completion of 6 months

Note: The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
