Join CentraCare in Melrose Minnesota and practice full-spectrum Family Medicine with OB in a supportive team-based rural setting. This role offers a four-day work week modern facilities and the flexibility to customize your practice across clinic OB and emergency care while maintaining a sustainable call schedule. Schedule

• Full-time 1.0 FTE Onsite at CentraCare- Melrose

• Four-day work week with flexibility to customize your clinical mix

  • Typically three days in clinic and one day in the Level IV Emergency Department

  • Additional ED shifts available for those interested; fewer ED shifts available based on provider preference

• Call:

  • Weekday call approximately 1:4 providing backup coverage to APP overnight care

  • Weekend call includes primary hospitalist responsibilities such as admissions and rounding

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$260000 - $500000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.
