How youll make an impact
As a ServiceNow Administrator youll implement technical strategies that power FCCs daily operations and join the team that manages our ITSM and ITOM practices. While working with the latest technologies your greatest impact will come from your technical masteryensuring every solution is built to the highest standards of quality and precision. What youll do
- Develop and maintain high-quality ServiceNow features by leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and configuring the system for peak performance
- Follow and uphold established administrator and development guidelines to ensure the integrity of the ServiceNow environment
- Track and maintain platform health and stability
- Implement complex team strategies through precise technical execution and advanced problem-solving
- Build execute and maintain robust automation tests to ensure the reliability of new features and updates
- Analyze requirements to develop automation and unit tests that streamline internal workflows across the organization
- Support end users and implement necessary fixes with a focus on speed and accuracy
What youll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- A degree in computer science or engineering
- Minimum one to three years of related experience in ServiceNow development (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow configurations and ITSM processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in automation testing and following rigorous technical standards
Preferred qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (please state certification number)
