Finning is seeking a solution focused Parts Journeyperson Counter sales to join our dynamic team in Red Deer. This role is responsible for providing exceptional parts & inventory service to our customers; you will troubleshoot collaborate and effectively handle parts orders via phone walk-in or email.If you embrace challenges are customer focused and thrive in an environment that values hard work and integrity with ample opportunities for growth and development Finning Canada may be the next opportunity for you.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Wage: $42.67 - $49.78
Location: Red Deer General Line Facility
Job Description:
Parts counter sales
Process customer orders
Sourcing and ordering used parts
Inventory control
Skills & Qualifications:
Journeyperson Parts Certification
Previous customer service and parts ordering experience
Team orientated with excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills
Caterpillar parts product knowledge and computer literacy
Experience working with Lawson SIS/TMI and Antatres will be considered assets
Previous work experience with core credit analysis shop part capabilities and WHMIS TDG and First-Aid Certification will also be considered assets
