This particular role does not require you go through the MNT Instructor Certification but a renowned program certification is required (i.e. Balanced Body Stott etc). This role will be given the option to also take our instructor certification training if interested.

• Must haves:

  • 2 years of experience leading group fitness classes and/or Private Instruction on the Reformer

  • A love for movement Pilates the MNT brand and motivating others to feel their best!

  • A desire to teach Pilates private and semi-private sessions that are athletic creative and full of energy all while keeping things grounded in the classic principles of alignment precision and flowwhether youre already a pro or ready to dive into the world of Pilates!

  • Willingness to receive coaching constructive feedback and mentoring

  • Available to teach afternoons evenings and/or weekends

  • Must be available to teach at least 4 sessions per week

  • Punctual reliable team player enthusiastic and personable

• Bonus Points:

  • Youre wanting to learn the MNT Method and lead Group Reformer Classes
