Opportunity: Complex General Manager
With anticipated growth in the New York City region HHM Hotels is seeking a Complex General Manager to lead and manage two select service properties. As Complex General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations to maximize profitability and deliver a high level of guest satisfaction in one of the most competitive hospitality markets in the world.

Financial Performance
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue optimize expenses and achieve budgetary goals.
- Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel including front office housekeeping and maintenance.
- Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.

Your Background and Skills
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in Business Hospitality or a related field.
- Previous hotel management experience required.
