We are seeking a Warehouse & Service Team member to join our us at Window World of the Ozarks. As a leading provider of high-quality windows doors and siding we are looking for a dedicated individual to help coordinate service appointments and complete service and warranty work on windows and doors for our customers. Service Technicians will travel to customers homes or businesses to perform product repairs and warranty work. Training will be provided. Looking for a Team Player who enjoys working hard!
Responsibilities:
Travel to provide and complete service/warranty work on windows and doors.
Assess issues and problem-solve to perform repairs.
Perform routine warranty maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of service parts.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service appointments.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Have the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
Have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to use personal protective equipment stand or walk occasionally bend squat climb stairs and lift up to 150 pounds.
Have the ability to work independently; self-motivated to get results.
Manage overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
Preferred ability to service windows and doors.
Pass drug and background test.
Enjoys working with clients and installers.
Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility.
