WHAT YOULL EARN
$25.00 $35.00 per hour Commission

WHAT YOULL DO
Deliver exceptional HVAC service with accuracy and care done right the first time
Perform comprehensive system inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers
Provide transparent pricing and repair solutions
Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently
Mentor and develop apprentices to help them succeed
Maintain detailed job documentation reports and materials tracking
Keep your company truck clean stocked and ready
Ensure customer homes are protected and cleaner than when you arrived
Promote club memberships and contribute to team performance goals
REQUIREMENTS
EPA Certification (Required)
Minimum 2 years HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
Valid drivers license (insurable)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Tech-savvy (tablets smartphones GPS)
A team-first mindset with strong attention to detail
