Swim Instructor Paid Training

• Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months -12 years old using Goldfishs proven play based curriculum
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Communicate clearly with families about swimmers progress
• Maintain pool safety
• Be a supportive professional teammate on and off the pool deck

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Swim instruction lifeguard structured childcare or teaching experience preferred (1-3 years)
• Lifeguard CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified)

• Paid training provided
• Lifeguard certification is required while employed
  • Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment
  • You are paid for training time
