We are currently seeking a Global Sales Specialist Director for our Patient Suite (eCOA IRT). In this role you will play a critical role in shaping the future of patient experience and clinical trial management. Your mission: drive global commercial success influence product innovation and deliver exceptional value to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Global Sales: Lead efforts to identify develop and close high-value opportunities partnering with Business Development Directors who own the account relationships.
  • Execute Go-to-market strategy: support Commercial Lead in defining the go-to-market strategy and operationalize it to achieve sales targets across global markets.
  • Define Value Propositions: collaborate with Commercial Lead and Solution Engineering to create compelling storyboards and articulate Patient Suites unique value to clients.
  • Influence Product Roadmap: work closely with the Product team to provide market intelligence and customer feedback that shapes future enhancements.
  • Campaign Collaboration: partner with Inside Sales to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Client Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate effectively: Operate effectively within IQVIAs global matrix organization driving alignment across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Market Expertise: stay ahead of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive offerings to position Patient Suite effectively.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Strategic thinker passionate about sales and adept at building trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of digital solutions for Clinical Trials; eCOA is a must; experience with SaaS solutions strongly preferred.
  • Has a passion for the sales profession for prospecting and for finding new solutions to new clients
  • Ability to manage complex multi-country engagements and navigate matrixed organizations with a consultative approach
  • 10 years in sales business development client-facing within pharma or life sciences with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation influencing and communication skills; strong customer service orientation.
  • Established relationships within the life sciences industry and ability to leverage them for business growth.
  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Business Management or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $111200.00 - $309800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
