As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Beaumaris:

Goodstart Beaumaris is a 67-place centre proudly rated Exceeding in January is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator / Room Leader to guide our intimate Nursery Room community.

We are looking for an inspiring leader to work in our Nursery Room (02 years) which accommodates a maximum of 10 children. You will work collaboratively alongside one experienced educator creating a warm nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

This is a full-time position and the successful candidate must be available to work within the centres operating hours between 6:30am 6:30pm.

• Demonstrates strong skills in programming documentation observations and daily journals

Youll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
