About the Opportunity

We are a high-volume growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate our Service operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing a strong service team and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects ofnew and used vehicle service operations

• Drive service volume gross profit and market share while maintaining compliance

• Recruit train coach and develop advisors and Service technicians

• Establish and monitorperformance metrics

• Collaborate with Sales and Parts Departments to optimize dealership performance

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance

• Oversee management pricing strategies and Service processes DMS R&R

• Maintain strong relationships with Ford representatives and adhere to OEM standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as aService Manager or assistant manager in an automotive dealership

• Ford dealership experience strongly preferred

• Track record of achieving high sales volume and profitability

• Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills

• Excellent communication organizational and decision-making abilities

• Ability to lead in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
