Job Summary
Description
Systems Engineer Level 2is a mid-level role responsible for supporting the design integration analysis and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure. Candidates typically have hands-on experience with systems engineering processes requirements development and technical problem-solving with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to reliable mission-focused solutions across the system lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
- Agile framework experience (Scrum etc.)
Desired Skills
- Proficiency with Cameo/MagicDraw Rhapsody or similar SysML tools
- INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- BS Degree 14 years experience

The projected compensation range for this position is $175K - $250K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including but not limited to Contract Wage Determination relevant work experience skills and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor addition we invest in our employees beyond just compensation.
