- Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication via our mobile app and in-person conversations
- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment engagement and center goals
- Maintain health safety and quality compliance standards throughout your classroom
- Have a genuine love for toddlers and understand the unique joys and challenges of this age group
- Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience (required); 1 year or more is preferred
- Are calm patient and energized by a busy active classroom environment
- Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education a related field or a CDA credential (preferred but not required)
- Meet any applicable Indiana state licensing requirements for the role
- Are a strong communicator who builds trust easily with both children and families
