As an HVAC Service Technician with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning youll perform expert repairs maintenance and installations while building strong lasting relationships with our residential customers. What Youll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician you will:
- Perform expert residential HVAC repairs system diagnostics tune-ups and installations
- Build strong positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about findings and recommendations
- Maintain high levels of professionalism honesty and reliability
- Follow all industry safety standards and company protocols
- Document work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar software
- Maintain clean organized tools equipment and work areas
- Represent the One Hour brand with pride integrity and a customer-first mindset
What It Takes to Succeed
Were looking for technicians who bring:
- Proven residential HVAC service and repair experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems diagnostics and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints wiring diagrams manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills you MUST be great with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills even under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to learning new technologies and staying current with the HVAC trade
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
