Cyber Systems Engineering, Senior Advisor TSSCI wPoly

The System Engineer analyzes user requirements and develops Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and high-level system architectures to derive comprehensive system requirements specifications. This role leads the analysis of system requirements and drives design and development activities across the lifecycle.

The System Engineer collaborates closely with users to refine and formalize requirements evaluates alternative solutions and conducts feasibility studies to inform decision-making. As the primary Technical Lead this individual ensures the seamless integration of requirements system design and enabling technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in developing documenting and implementing data flow requirements
• Proven ability to plan design and integrate secure compliant data flow solutions aligned with legal policy and regulatory directives
• Familiarity with mission data formats across multiple organizations and systems
• Experience reviewing processing and generating Dataflow Management Requests (DMRs)
• Ability to translate analytical needs into clear actionable data and system requirements
• Experience providing customer support to address data flow inquiries including NPE requests data remarking and related data actions
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and provide status updates on ERB-related topics; represent the organization in external forums and meetings
• Provide technical leadership across the full system lifecycle including requirements elicitation analysis functional allocation architecture development interface definition integration testing and end-to-end data flow analysis for complex hardware/software systems
• Develop and deliver metrics statistics and visual reporting (e.g. charts and graphics) to support communications such as newsletters

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope type and complexity with demonstrated expertise in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
• Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or a related discipline from an accredited institution; in lieu of a degree an additional five (5) years of relevant Systems Engineering experience may be substituted
