You will leadadvisingour consulting practice on innovative and digital ways of working and you will bring that same approach to the way in which we advise our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:

• Principalis both a key contributor andoftenleads a workstream withinconsulting project delivery; supportsofferings developmentstaff developmentandoverallsuccess of theHealthcarepractice.

• Bring healthcare domain knowledge and experiences in one or more of the following functional areas in the healthcare value chain examples include and not limited to: end to end claims process population health care management utilization management and prior authorization appeals and grievances provider networkHEDIS/ Quality/Starsimprovementenrollment and billing functions.

• Bring healthcare sector knowledgeineither payers and/or providers (health systems) as we are looking for experienced business transformation consultants across both sectors.

• Work with clients to drivean AI-first approach to businesstransformation programs enabled bymultiple forms of AIautomation document understanding optical character recognition (OCR) chatbots process mining and machine learning.

• Work with our clients to understand where and howAI and ML solutionscan be applied and whatbusinessproblemsitcan discovery analyze requirements processes and impediments to automation.

• Work with clients to develop andoptimizeAIservicesand solutionsincluding Centers of Excellence (CoEs) process assessments business casedevelopment vendoridentificationand selection.

• Experiences with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts foundational skills POCs and solution implementation.

• Lead definition of to-be state including creation and maintenance of PDD and SDD throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create technology solution design at platform and architectural levels as well as information roadmaps and case definitions.

• Helpour clientsInformation Technology organization set up automation environments (installationmonitorsand controls.)and define the infrastructure requirements to implementAIsolutions.

• Supportproposal development and pursuits for multimillion dollar programs.

• Helpreimagineend to endbusiness processes with an AI-First approachidentifythe use cases provide level of effort estimations and assumptions for the implementation ofAIsolutions.

• Lead project teamsmentorcoachand develop consultantsand analysts.

• Contribute to practice development:IdentifyAItrendsin healthcare define relevant consultingserviceofferings and solutions. Author Point of View documents case studies and thought-leadershipwhitepapers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and at least 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in a customer-facing role in a large consulting firmand/orcombined with industry experience driving business transformations in a payer or provider / health system.

• At least 7years of experience leading teams ofadvisory servicesconsultants in the delivery ofAIautomation and/or MLsolutions andservices and the technology lifecycle including operating model/strategy opportunity assessment discovery and requirements definition solution architecture and design developmenttestingand production release.

• At least fiveyears of healthcare domain experiences in one or more of the following functional areas in the healthcare value chain examples include and not limited to: end to end claims process population health care management utilization management and prior authorization appeals and grievances provider networkHEDIS / Quality / Stars improvementenrollment and billing functions.

• At least fiveyears of experience in implementingAI andautomation projects including robotics low code OCR chatbots or virtual assistants natural language processing machinelearning.

• At least fouryears of experience withAI andautomation platforms for example: Microsoft OpenAI AWSUiPath or Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism or Microsoft

• At least four years of experience inAI andautomation implementation using Agile methodologies or RPA methodologies.

• At least two years of experience working on Process and Task Mining capabilities (specifically UiPath Process Mining)

• Excellent written and verbal communication presentation clientserviceand collaboration skills.

• Strong ability to solve problems troubleshoot analyze processes map processes and communicate effectively with seniorand mid-levelbusiness and IT stakeholders.

• Experience in leading or supervising a team of professionals.

• Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% (weekly travel) depending on client requirements.
• Must be a Resident of an Infosys Consulting Hub Locations of California New York New Jersey Texas Georgia Massachusetts or must reside in a city that is within a 2-hour driving distance from one of these hub locations.

• Experience in process improvement and re-engineering using process mining technologies like Celonis.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Certified in Agile Scrum delivery methodologies
