Job Summary
Hi there were Article. Were a North American based furniture company creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. And as an Air Freight Specialist you will manage and optimize global air freight operations while owning end-to-end domestic logistics for photo samples within Vietnam.
Why We Need You:
Within the Logistics team you will collaborate closely with forwarders carriers suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure space availability end-to-end shipment visibility and on-time delivery. You will play a critical role in enabling time-sensitive sample movementsparticularly those tied to studio production schedulesensuring the right products are delivered to the right place at the right time.

What Youll Do:
Youll be part of a team of 2 specialists to coordinate international air freight shipments and domestic Vietnam ground transportation.
- Manage end-to-end movement of photo samples across suppliers studios and warehouses
- Coordinate and execute domestic shipments within Vietnam
- Prioritize shipments to meet production and studio timelines
- Book transport track shipments and proactively manage risks
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all shipping documentation
- Collaborate with airlines freight forwarders and partners for smooth operations
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipment issues quickly and develop contingency solutions
- Optimize logistics by balancing cost speed and reliability
- Analyze performance improve processes and support team coverage when needed
Who You Are:
- 4 years of experience in air freight or logistics operations
- Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders
- Strong communication skills with professional proficiency in English
- Experience collaborating across multiple time zones and global partners
- Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive shipments with urgency and accountability
- Hands-on experience coordinating domestic logistics within Vietnam (e.g. ground transport local vendors)
- Familiarity with non-inventory or sample logistics with a focus on speed accuracy and visibility
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Curious adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
