The Role:
As a Business ECT you will:
Plan and deliver Business lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5
Support student progress as a Business ECT
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school
Contribute to curriculum planning as a Business ECT

The Ideal Business ECT:
A Business ECT with secure subject knowledge achieving a First-Class or 2:1 in their relevant degree
Will have a clear interest in developing their teaching practice
A Business ECT who values consistent classroom practice as well as organised and able to manage classroom routines
Someone who contributes positively to school life and willing to engage with training and feedback
