Yard Supervisor

About this Role
Are you a Yard Supervisor Yard Operative or Vehicle Coordinator looking for your next move or an experienced Yard Assistant ready to step up This Yard Supervisor role puts you at the centre of our vans operation ensuring the yard vehicles and equipment are safe organised and ready to go for customers.

• Maintain the yard car parks and surrounding areas to a high standard at all times.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked positioned and stored correctly and securely.
• Prepare rental vehicles and equipment for collection and delivery.
• Carry out cleanliness checks on vehicles inside and out to meet quality standards.
• Monitor and report any defects damage or safety concerns to the relevant teams.

About You
You take pride in keeping things organised safe and running smoothly and enjoy being hands-on in a busy environment. You do not need to tick every box if you bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn we want to hear from you.

• Strong awareness of health and safety with a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors and managing a varied workload.
• Good attention to detail when checking vehicles and equipment.
• Reliable team-focused and able to communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Willingness to take ownership and support wider yard operations when needed.
