Join an Oxford spin-out building the intelligence layer for robots in unpredictable real-world environments. As a foundational engineer you will develop a mission control platform that provides robots with persistent memory and long-horizon decision-making. You will work across the full stack to turn cutting-edge research into production-ready software products.

What you will do:

• Build and iterate on backend APIs and customer-facing UI features to enable complex interactions with core robotics technology.

• Design and deploy software across diverse environments including cloud on-premise and direct on-robot installations.

• Collaborate with research teams to integrate algorithmic developments and ensure high quality through CI/CD and testing best practices.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2 years of professional experience with a strong grasp of Python TypeScript or C in complex or safety-critical domains.

• Is a delivery-focused engineer comfortable moving between backend frontend and DevOps in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Demonstrates proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude or Copilot and has a passion for applying AI to real-world systems.
