Overview
West Midlands Fire Service (WMFS) is the second largest fire and rescue service in England serving an area of 902km square and a population of more than 2.9 million people.

Our cleaning services team supports our 38 fire stations and other sites across the West Midlands helping us maintain safe and welcoming environments. The successful candidate will report to the Cleaning and Catering Manager working within the facilities management team.
This permanent position is based at Coventry Training Facility. There are regular opportunities for overtime which could include covering shifts at other locations.
Responsibilities
As part of this role you will:
- work independently using your initiative to meet the cleaning standards set by your line manager
- clean a variety of areas including offices hallways staircases mess rooms toilets and changing facilities.

You would be working on your own in the station so you would need to work using your own initiative to the cleaning specification set by your line manager.
