The Temporary HR Administrative Assistant (3-month contract) will support the Human Resources team by organizing sorting and maintaining employee records to ensure files are accurate organized and addition the position will support the front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls to ensure coverage and continuity of reception services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize sort and maintain employee records in both paper and digital formats to ensure accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Scan digitize and properly label HR documents for easy access and retrieval.
  • Support the registration of temporary employees in the HRIS system and ensure information is properly recorded.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and serve as backup support when coordinating with recruitment agencies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team including reports records management and coordination of HR activities.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide backup support to the Receptionist by greeting visitors maintaining visitor logs answering and directing incoming calls and coordinating courier pick-ups mail distribution and deliveries.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the front office when required.
  • Assist with other tasks projects and administrative duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 12 years of administrative and/or HR experience with additional experience in reception or front desk roles.
  • Previous experience in an office environment preferred
  • Familiarity with Dayforce is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and document handling
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
